VetFM Support is available M-F 6am-6pm Pacific Time and at other hours by apppointment. We provide unlimited phone support and support by email, text or video conferencing.
VetFM Support is provided free for the first ninety days after installation and then through an annual agreement that includes all phone support and software updates including FileMaker updates. This ensures that there are no expensive upgrade costs going forward. We do at least two major updates per year and install the updates remotely.
VetFM Support provides web training and training videos as well as conversion support. We have special support tools that allow us to access your installation remotely and to screen-share for training or assistance to allow high quality and efficient customer care.
VetFM provides email and phone alerts on key events. VetFM has built-in diagnostics that monitor the system to ensure data integrity.
